PDF Reports

When a job is finished, itsTrack automatically generates a PDF report — a professional document with everything that happened on site.

What is in a PDF report?

A completed job PDF typically includes:

  • Job details — title, description, client, location, date
  • Worker name and work duration
  • Linked machine(s) — name and serial number
  • Photos attached during the job
  • Notes written by the worker
  • Completed protocol/form — all filled fields
  • Client signature — if collected on site or via Magic Link
  • Company branding — your logo and footer from the protocol template

When PDFs are generated

PDFs create automatically when:

  • A worker marks the job as Done
  • All required flow stages are completed
  • Required protocol fields are filled

Managers can also generate a PDF manually at any time from the job record.
