Dashboards
Dashboards turn your KPI data into visual charts you can read at a glance. No spreadsheets, no manual chart building.
What you see on the dashboard
The main dashboard shows the health of your operation across all modules. You can filter by date range, team, client, or location.
Chart types by area
Tasks
Stacked bar charts show job volume over time:
- Done — completed on time (green)
- In progress — currently being worked on (blue)
- Late — past due date (red)
Quickly see if your team is falling behind or keeping up.
Warehouse
Treemaps show how material groups share total stock value:
- Larger blocks = higher value or quantity
- Click a block to see items in that group
Useful for spotting which categories tie up the most money in inventory.
Logistics
Heatmaps show field worker activity across regions:
- Brighter areas = more visits or time spent
- Darker areas = less coverage
Helps you see if some regions are underserved or overstaffed.
Finance
Line charts compare income and costs over time:
- Revenue line — what you billed
- Cost line — materials, time, and expenses
- Gap between lines — your margin
Track profitability trends month by month.
Filtering dashboards
Every chart supports filters:
- Date range — today, this week, this month, custom
- Team or worker — one person or whole group
- Client — metrics for a specific client
- Location — data for one site or region
Real-time updates
Dashboards update as your team works. When a worker finishes a job, the task chart updates. When stock is issued, the warehouse chart updates.
You do not need to refresh or export data manually.
Dashboards show the big picture. When you need to investigate a specific number, use Drill-down Reports to see the underlying records.
